The age limit to appear for NEET UG exam is that the candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2021, there is no maximum age limit to appear for NEET UG exam.

The basic educational qualification required to prepare for NEET exam is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with physics, chemistry, English and Biology as mandatory subjects with atleast 50% marks for UR categories, 40% for OBC/SC/ST categories, 45% for PWD categories.

There is not any restriction on the maximum NEET attempt limit.

Yes, you are  eligible for Neet 2022 examination with your date of birth in july 2005

This is because,

To be eligible for Neet 2022 examination one needs to be at least 17 years old as on 31st December 2022

And you fulfill this criteria  with your date of birth in july 2005 as you will be 17 years old in july 2022 itself i. e you will be 17 years old before 31st December 2022 and thus eligible for Neet 2022 examination with your date of birth

Also,

To be eligible for neet 2022 one must be either appearing for  12th board examination 2022 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

As per the NEET eligibility criteria , you should be at least 17 years age as per 31st dec 2022 . and, with your given information.. you are fulfilling the required criteria , that's why you are eligible to appear for NEET 2022 onwards as there is no upper age limit as of now .

the other eligibility criteria for NEET 2022 is as follows:

• You should have passed class 12 exam with PCB combination(with 50% aggregate for open category ) along with Eng subject from any recognized board.
• If you are in class 12 right now, you are still eligible to appear for exam.
