i was supposed to pay the fee of 3rd semester but mistakenly paid of 3rd year the amount was same and i tried to contact the ncweb department but they are not picking up the call.however the class representative is saying it will get merge further so you don't need to pay it again but m confused

Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! Ya, i can understand your problem ,but now you must try to contact them ,don't beleive on class representative ,he/she just assuming ,that could not be true so my only suggestion is that you must try to contact authority at any cost as soon as possible and also give updates to your CR as well .
