i will be appearing in class 12th exam through nios in 2019.i have not got my admid cart yet can i fill form for january jee mains exam?

yes you are eligible for the jee mains january exam as you can provide the information about class 12 later on while filing the counseling form, and morover by the end of january you will get your admit card.
