With that score, you might be able to get a course like Mining Engineering, or Biotechnology/Biomedical. But only if you belong to a state like Chattisgarh, where the cutoffs for home state candidates goes well above 2 lakh in terms of rank.

I'd suggest, at this point you should focus on the other coming exams you may have applied for instead of fretting about your college choices.
