It would be difficult to tell you your exact chances as cutoffs vary from year to year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, no. of seats available, difficulty of the exam and the top NEET scores. However, for a SC category student, your marks are not enough for government colleges in Tamil nadu based on all india as well as state quotas. You can try for private medical or dental colleges instead.
