I will get 480 marks in neet can i apply in both BDS and MBBS in councelling belonging to OBC category and i am from ODISHA

Yes with 480 marks you can easily get any B.D.S college and yes you can also apply for councelling in both.
Do not forget to apply your state domicile certificate for home quota and it may become easy to get college in Odissa itself.
