You are likely to qualify for admissions in private colleges. Which college? That depends on your rank.

As you know that if you are expecting 180 score in NEET entrance exam then it is not the suffiecient score to get admission in Government colleges. You can try for the private colleges in your state or the other state.

First of all, congratulations fot being appeared in the NEET examination and getting qualified in it.
I would like to inform you that, 180+ marks is a bit marginal with respect to get or manage any seat in medical colleges due to the daily rising competition level.
As you know, over 11 lakh students appeared in the very exam, your rank with such marks will be so high that even finding any medical college will be harder whether it is government or private.
So, it will not be my goodness to give you false suggestions of getting any medical college with 180 marks untill you mention the exact marks. Because, now a days, getting admission in even pvt. medical colleges also seek some higher marks.
So, try your level best and wait for the result.
