Hello aspirant,
I am here for helping you....
By considering your doubt I want to inform you that as such editing is not allowed in IPU so you still cannot do anything I will suggest you to contact the main office of IPU for the editing of your gender
This much will be a wise answer for you to contact with the registrar office of IPU.
