Dear aspirant,

If you have qualified your JEE mains+JEE advanced then yes you can get admission into NITs or IITs through all India or state quota counselling depending upon your rank. Moreover, many diploma holders get admission into engineering so you will definitely get admission into engineering. Hope you find it useful.
