Hi Sneha

State of eligibility refers to the state from where you have given your 12th board examination and not your domicile or the place where you hail from. Hence according to the NEET 2020 guidelines, you need to fill Tamil Nadu as the state of eligibility as you would be giving your 12th boards from that state.

All the best for NEET.
