iam in degree 3rd year last semister i want to apply for neet which code i has to select?

You haven't passed in the Bachelor's Degree so if you have passed first year of Bachelor's Degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology subjects then you need to select code 05. The code 05 is for the candidates who have passed the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests. Candidate must also verify that the first year exam qualified is a university-level exam and he/she must have passed Class 12th with the said subjects at a level not less than a core course.
If you haven't studied the above mentioned subjects in the Bachelor's Degree level then you should choose code 02. Code 02 is for the candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board.
