If it is rejected by the admin then it can't be helped out. You can apply for next attempt which is on april 2020.

Due this rejection thing, guidelines are provided and it is instructed that read all the files and formats. and before uploading check it.

For the next time don't repeat this. It is waste of time ,money and hope. Go on preparing and with time improve yourself so that you can crack it in april term.
