Every indian student is allowed to speak the language in which he/she is comfortable. So  language won't bother yiu there. Theywill allow you to speak in the language you are comfortable with . But Try to speak something in english that will show that you are aware of the language. They will ask for the mode in which you are comfortable answering the question in an SBI/Insurance exam interview.

They would not ask you about the language in the IBPS test usually it all depends on the state you are from MP, UP, questions have generally been asked in Hindi. Questions in the regional language or in English have been asked in other states. It is up to you to answer in any language you are comfortable with. In English, strive to speak something that will demonstrate that you are knowledgeable of the language.
