Hi, the equation you have mentioned here is 2x^3. This basically means 2*x*x*x.

Now, putting 2+3i as x, we need to get 0 in order to confirm it as a root for the equation.

so, 2*2+3i*2+3i*2+3i

solving this, you can clearly see that the answer is not infact, zero. So, no, it is not a root. Hope this helps!
