Yes,he will be eligible for taking admission in IITs/NITs/ IIITs as 75% marks in the qualifying exam is compulsory for taking admission once he qualifies the JEE main exam.

Dear Achitam,

Yes, he will be eligible to take admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs.

There are two criteria for improvement exam.

For 75% you can give improvement in two or three subjects.

For Top 20 percentile you have to give improvement in all the subjects.

Yes you are eligible for taking admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs as 75% marks in qualifying exam is compulsory for taking admission once you qualify the JEE Main exam.
