If a person enters for 15% seats in All india quota mbbs counselling, Can he join 85% state quota counselling too ???

Hello aspirant. Usually AIQ counselling is done at first and then leftover seats + state quota seats are open for counseling. You can apply for both but if you got a seat under AIQ you are not eligible to apply for state quota as per court orders.
