if a person even not scoring qualifying marks in first attempt means less then 100 should he capable to sit in next attempt

Hello student ,
If here you are talking about neet entrance exam then yes if you are appearing for the first time in neet and you are not able to even qualify the neet exam . Then you can appear for the next time so wish you all the best for your preparation work hard to score good marks.
