If a person got a seat in 2nd round of neet will he be eligible to appear in mop up round of neet

Dear Aspirant,
The counseling conducted by AIIMS is different from that held by different states NEET counselling , so one can participate in AIIMS counselling even if he has got a seat in any. counselling.
