As we know that yesterday Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the decision regarding JEE and NEET 2020, it states that JEE and NEET 2020 will not be postponed further.
Moreover guidelines has also been released for Exam day and as you have asked that if an aspirant is COVID-19 infected then he/she cannot appear in JEE/NEET exam for that time whether he is in good condition or not but you can give it later on as per the announcement of NTA for medical relaxation, Note that till now there is no any guideline regarding this. So don't worry no candidate will be left for giving these exams, Some alternative would surely be adopted.
