If after 12 I will go with engg. option and side by side I will also prepare for UPSC exam so is it ok or should I do Bsc.

Hello gauravi, i suggest you doing bsc would be more better option as you will require time for study for UPSC exam too .. if you still wish to do engg you can manage , the only thing you need to remember is you need to make a schedule and study alot of both the subjects as both options are quiet hard and you need to focus on that.. if you plan well in advance then you can make it possible and appear for both the exam though if you dont give time for anyone it would be tough..

You seem a bit confused about your future goals. You can pursue B Tech and prepare for UPSC but you need a lot of hard work for that because they both have different lay outs for exam.
If you think you can do it, go for it then.
