if any one fail in any main subject and pass in 6th subject so 6th subject help them to pass in 12 class

Hello Udit,
Yes,6th subject can be used as a medium if you are failed in any one of the 5 subjects then your marks in 6th subject is exchanged with the subject in which you failed and that's the rule of cbse.
But it will have consequence in taking admission in the collage.Your rank in merit list might get affected.
