If anyone cannot clear exam of AIBE then what is the cricumstances he or she has to faced?

nothing will happen if you (or do not pass the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) within two years of enrollment as an Advocate with a State Bar Council. The only downside is that you will not be entitled to practice law in Indian courts.
