if anyone complete graduation at the age of 28 .and his 10 mark is 44% and 12th mark is 59%.can he appear upsc exam.

The basic academic requirement for appearing in UPSC Prelims Examination is that candidate must have passed Graduation, There is no minimum percentage criteria for UPSC Examination.
------- HENCE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR UPSC 2022 EXAMINATION.
-------- The UPSC notification for 2022 has been released on 2nd February 2022 by the commission. The Prelims 2022 is scheduled to take place on June 5, 2022
------ There is also age wise eligibility criteria -
• The candidates must have attained 21 years of age and be less than 32 years of age (For GENERAL Category candidate) as of 1st August 2022 i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1990 and not later than 1st August, 2001.
• Age relaxation is provided to SC /ST /OBC category candidates -
-- OBC category candidates can appear till 35 Years of age.
-- SC / ST category candidates can appear till 37 years of age.
