If anyone's seat of josaa is cancelled due to not paying the partial fee, can he get back the seat acceptance fee of 33000 ???

Hey,

The JOSAA Counselling clearly states the three conditions in which the refund is initiated back to the student account after the counseling process ends.

- If the candidate didn't report to the seat alloted to them then his or her money will be credited back to the account of the student.

- if seat alloted to a student is cancelled due to ineligibility

- if the candidate withdraw the seat at the time of reporting to the Institute and didn't participate in special vacant round.

Apart from that no other conditions is mentioned. So I will suggest you to talk to JOSAA helpline numbers for your concern. They will sought your problem more accurately.
