The answer to your question is that it is the minimum eligibilty criteria and not the only eligibility criteria. There are several factors that each IIM considers before selecting/rejecting a candidature.Hope this helps.

Getting 90 percentile doesn't assure that you will be getting the call from IIM's. Every IIM has a specific cut off of the percentile and admission criteria. Yes, there are high chances that you get a call from any of the IIM. But for that you have to wait till the cut offs get lower. Till then keep yourself updated with the latest cut offs.

Then what will assure , what is the process plz. Explain i,m confused someone say 95%ile is required, someone say its for IITians , someone say full academic results and so on .....

It not like that only IIT students get admission in IIM. You have scored a very good percentile but only IIM's decide their selection criteria. Wait for the new cut offs release. For the time being you can also apply for the Top B-School such as MDI, Xavier etc. they come just after IIM's . Don't panic wait for the call. Or you can contact on the admission helpline numbers of the IIM's they might give you some key information.
