If father is not a native of karnataka does it affect the admission under obc category, though mother and student is native of karnataka.

No, you should be domicile of Karnataka..

Hello,

No it wouldn't matter if you have domicile certificate of Karnataka.It is required at the time of counselling to take admission in state government/private  engineering colleges.For more details visit our careers360 website.
