If you are from SC category,  you should use that rank to fill in the college predictor because that will provide you with better ranking and a number of colleges in comparison to your CRL rank. Also you can use your CRL rank later to see the difference of rank and colleges available to you.And this is not official but an estimation of colleges you might get based on previous years trend.
