wait for 1day and check your rank in additional (spot) rank which is in Cet home page

Then there is no alternative way if you are preparing for Engineering. For medical, purely CET marks are used to calculate your score and subsequent rank.  But even in medical, they will want to see your board result.

However, for engineering, both board examination marks (PCM) and CET score is compulsory and important to determine your score and rank.

So, yes, do write to them as to what your issue is and get it clarified.
