if i apply after 29th April and before the release of 2d cutoff list of online councilling in thapar will i be considered for online council

Hi Yoga,
The second Cutoff list are for those who are already applied for the peogramme. If you already applied for the progamme then you are eligible for the cutt off.
Hope this will work.

Sorry didn't get what u mean can u elaborate ... I applied after 1st list was out and before the second list which is going to be released
