if i availed aicte tfw scheme in a private college. shall i join another college next year ?

Of course you can. You just need to cancel the current admission. That's all. Make sure the concerned authority put a CANCELLED ADMISSION stamp on the back side of your class 12th marksheet if they put any ADMITTED stamp during admission.
