- If you belong to the State of UP, then you should select UPGE which stands for Uttar Pradesh General Category.
- If you belong to Other State and General Category, you should select OSGE which stands for Other State General Category
- If you belong to UP and EWS, then you should select UPGE-EWS which stands for Uttar Pradesh General Category EWS.
- Under the Sub Category, chose Not Applicable, if you do not have any Freedom Fighter/PWD/Armed forces reservation.
