  Nobody will guarantee you a job even if you are IITs. Now here you are asking about IET Lucknow and KNIT Sultanpur, you may get job through college placement depending upon how you utilise your four years of college. If you are not serious about your life or if your are not putting enough inputs required then whichever college you are, it will not be easy to get job through college placement. But if you are doing well in those years, you have maintained a good CGPA as well as actively taking part in college activities then it will increase your chances of placement. Even though it will also not assure that you will get placed. So, to get college placement you have to put a good effort in maximum areas.
