There are only two main important factor during the time of counselling

1. Your VITEEE rank should be under 1 lakh

2. Your PCM percentage should be more than 60%

As you said you are in dilemma whether you will able to score 60% in pcm or not so it's my personal advice for you is to start praying infront of GOD for your more percentage in pcm such that you can take admission in VIT because if by chance you are unable to score 60% in pcm they will not allow you for counseling eventhough you have a good score in VITEEE. In fact they will not return your counselling fee because it is non refundable and one time fee payment.  So, hope for the best
