There are two provisions for admission to TS EAMCET , one is for local students and the other for non local students. The first provision is for candidates belonging to andhra university region , sri vekateshwara universitg region or osmania university area. And the candidates from anyvregion of india  except these regions can apply for TS EAMCET under non local provision . The cutoffs are different for differentvregions. Usually , the cutoffs are highest for non local candidates.

Hello syed, as per your query you belong to NON local candidates but that does not make you ineligible for applying to counselling though you might not be able to choose the government college but surely you can apply for counselling.
