If I didn't accept the seat allotted in 1st round can I participate in further rounds.

your query about the JEE-MAIN counselling

i will you breif exaplanation about that

for example you have made all the web options and after the round-1 results announced

you are selected in round-1

now you have to accept the seat and pay the required tution fee to the college then you are eligible to get in to the another round

otherwise you are not allowed to next round

Yes you can accept participate in other rounds . seven main rounds of seat allotment will be conducted for candidates.  So if you missed first round then try for other rounds you can get .jee mains counseling consists of seven rounds will be conducted for students . Good luck.
