Hello,

If you do not self report in the allotted college on or before the last date then the seat allotment will be cancelled and you cannot claim the first phase seat allotment. But if you self report and joined in the allotted college you can participate in second phase counselling for better choice of college. If you get seat in second phase counselling then the first seat allotment will automatically gets cancelled. If you do not get seat in seat phase then you then you can continue studying in the college you have joined in first phase. If you do not self report and do not get seat in second phase then you may participate in third phase but there is no information regarding third phase counselling. To be on a safer side we would suggest you to join in the college allotted in first phase and participate in second phase but at the end it is your decision.
