If I do Ba Hons from English then can I take Geography Hons in Masters?

Yes one can pursue msc in geography after ba hon in English. There is no restrictions in one opting for this course. The candidate is eligible to pursue there advanced studies in this course for sure.

Furthermore msc in geography will provide one more detailed knowledge about tge basuc earth sciences and different spheres we are living on like hydrosphere lithosphere etc..
After this subject career options like environmentalist, conservationist, teaching lines are always open to one.
Although people often choose to go to do further studies .
