Obviously not, you cannot get admission into IIT if you don't appear for JEE Mains because it is primary exam to get seat into IIT.
Candidates eligibility criteria for IIT is that candidate should qualify JEE Advance examination also candidate should have pass 12 th from recognised institute with minimum score of 75% in respective board and must be in top 20 percentile marks of board exam and 65% for SC, ST category candidate.
