if I done my graduation (degree) in Arunachal Pradesh .. so according to rules of IAS exam religion language(partB) is not compulsory to attend for north -eastern part , Is that rules apply to me? (because my residence is tamilnadu but done my degree in Arunachal Pradesh) .

We are guessing you meant Regional language. Can you help us with some information like the State you hold the domicile of the the gazette that says Regional language exam is not mandatory please? Ideally such rules apply to Candidates who hold the domicile of that State. But please do help us with the gazette link so that we can help you with relevant information.

I don't have domicile of the gazette,
but I stayed there just 3 years .
(so the domicile is applied only for more than 6 years ) , ,, so wht in my case I really confused ?
