If I finished b. SC maths and m. SC maths what I want to do next to become professor degree I want to write NET exam or I want to do m. phil

If you've finished your Msc in Maths, you can become a professor directly after passing the NET Exam. However, if you choose to pursue research alongside becoming a professor, doing an MPhil and after that, a PHD hopefully.
