If you forget to lock your choices in NEET MCC counselling, the portal will automatically lock your last saved choices at the end of the choice-filling period.
So, you will still be considered for Round 1 seat allotment based on those saved choices.

If you do not lock your preferences before the deadline, the MCC system will just lock your last saved preferences. Hence, you will still be eligible for seat allotment in Round 1 based on the preferences you had saved. Best to lock your preferences manually and safest way to go as it is time stamped.

If you forgot to lock your choices during NEET MCC counselling Round 1 you can still get a college if you had saved your choices before the last date. So,If your choices were filled and saved properly they will be considered during the seat allotment process but if you did not fill or save any choice at all then you won’t be allotted any seat in Round 1.
You can still participate in Round 2 if you missed the Round 1.In future always remember to double check and lock your choices.
