if i gave 12th from nios board in 2019 in october and result came in december ,will jee 2020 be considered as my 1st year attempt or second year attempt

Hello,
You get three consecutive attempts for JEE mains and two consecutive attempts for JEE advanced. The first attempt for both is the year you appear for your 12 th boards. As you have appeared for your 12 boards in 2019 and your boards results were declared after the month of June, that is December 2019. So 2020 will be counted as your first attempt for JEE mains and JEE advanced.
You will be eligible for JEE mains in 2021 and 2022. And for JEE advanced, you will be eligible for 2021.
