if I get 120 marks in jee main and 12th standard percentage 87 % what will be my percentile please tell

There is no percentile score in JEE Main. you will get rank based on JEE Main marks.
You can check last year board wise top 20 percentile cut off list :

You are eligible for JEE Main to take admisison in NITs/IIITs as you have more than 75% in your board exam.
120 is very average score to get any college under general category. So, try to score more than 180 score in JEE Main to get any decent college.
