Dear Mehak, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you belong to General Category, you should score 50% of top NEET score. It is 40% for SC,ST,OBC. For example, if the top NEET score is 500, for General Category it should be 250 and for SC,ST,OBC it is 240. So on these terms, for qualifying with a score of 120 the top scorer should have scored between 240-300 which might not be a possibility unless the paper has been pretty tough. Neverthless, we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released. And not all students really remember all the questions they answered. The chances are fair that you might have even scored more than that.
