If I get 132 Marks in neet 2025 than can I get admission in MBBS college
If you got 132 marks in NEET 2025, then the chances of getting an MBBS seat are very low.
For the General and EWS categories, the qualifying mark is expected to be around 145–150. So if you belong to these categories, you haven’t qualified for counselling.
If you’re from a reserved category, such as SC, ST, or OBC, you may qualify; however, 132 is still not enough to secure an MBBS seat through either government or private colleges.
Most government colleges close around 500+ marks, and even private medical colleges under state quota usually require 400+ marks.
Just qualifying doesn't mean you’ll get admission. It only means you can take part in counselling if your marks are above the qualifying cut-off.
With 132 marks, MBBS admission is nearly impossible in India unless you're applying through special NRI or management quota, which is very expensive.
Instead, you can look at alternative medical courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPT, or B.Sc. Nursing. These options are also good for building a career in the healthcare field.
If MBBS is your dream, you can prepare again and try next year with better strategy and more practice.
Many students take a drop year and score well in their second or third attempt, so don’t feel discouraged.
Focus on your weak areas, revise NCERT properly, and practice mock tests regularly.
Also, try joining a coaching program or following online free resources if you need help.
Keep your motivation high and remind yourself why you started preparing for NEET in the first place.
