With 390 marks its hard for you to get a government seat in anywhere in india, unless you belong to sc/st category.
Yeah there are high chances that you can easily get a seat in private medical colleges but thing is the fees in these colleges will be around 10-12 lacs per year which won't be a good option to choose.
You can go for neet next year or apply for a private college.
