If you belong to St category and your category rank is 5414 , then your rank is very low to get you in a top government college or any top private college. I would suggest that since you belong to St category and a girl then you should take a drop and try to score just 82+ percentile in jee mains for which you have to score just 60-79 marks in jee mains paper, in order to get a great college.
