At 546/720 in NEET 2019, your rank might be anywhere in the range of 7,500-9,000 which is great as you seem to have the 85% State Quota of Odisha.
Last year's closing rank was 18,621 with the marks of 508 at Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir which says that your marks will be enough to safely land you in a government MBBS college. Other than SCB, Cuttack almost every other college seems get-able at this time.
