if i get a college in 2nd round and go for upgrade but get nothing in the 3rd round then can i take the college i got in 2nd round

If you don't get any other college in upgradation then your previous allotment won't be forfeitured.You don't need to worry about that. . Also for more details you can check the complete details below for WBJEE counselling .

i had asked this 2 days ago and i asked it again today but in that question u only answered that it would be cancelled and now u answer in the 2 day old question that it wont be cancelled??
