Dear Student,

As you get the seat in the 5th round of counselling and you have given the acceptance fee and float the seat.

So you don't need to pay the fee again not only you can upgrade your seat, you don't need to pay any charge for that.

And if you get your desired seat then you can choose the freeze option and that counselling money will add to your college fee.
